This is a party political broadcast for the "People’s Party".
And it is 64-year-old Franklin MacQueenie who is looking for your votes after becoming pretty damn annoyed with… well, everyone.
Speaking in his first ever vlog (see below), just weeks before the general election, the father-of-two from Manchester makes it quite clear he is not happy about the NHS becoming private.
Mr MacQueenie, who works in sales and retires next year, started his rant on the same day the Conservative Party said they were to cut some pensioners’ winter fuel allowance.
He said: “This is a party political broadcast for the People’s Party. It’s coming up to that year where the elections, where you vote for all parties, Liberal, Labour, Greens, Conservative… but your mind’s boggled because you don’t know who to vote for.”
He goes straight into his reasons behind who privatising the NHS would be a bad thing.
He said: “I won’t be able to go and get my blood tests. I won’t be able to get an x-ray. So what happens if I have broken bones and I’m on the floor and I want a paramedic?
“What am I going to do if I need a bottle of pills? This privatisation is not good.”
Mr MacQueenie, the father of social media vlogger Hugo MacQueenie, became inspired by his son’s videos and hopes to “go viral” with his own.
He said: “This is what I have spent all my life voting for? You've got a fellow in parliament who doesn’t have a decent suit and one fellow who doesn’t look like he has ironed his shirt. One who has about six jobs… I can’t even get one job.”
He finishes with: “I think on June 8 you should all vote for me, the People’s Party. You can’t go wrong.”
He’s got our vote.
